no more test date till august and it's late august. ;( my provisional driving license valids till 1st aug, which means i needa spend another 25/50bucks to renew it. ;(

my past week..

met up with qi lei and junie. *sadly the only pic with junie inside was accidentally deleted. ;(*




dinner in town with mister peow. ordered too many dishes, carried our bloated tummies to the cineleisure theatre.


there's restroom in the theatre, hah now then i realised. everyone stayed at their seats after x-menIII ended, peow and i wondered why. and actually all of them were tipped by their friends that there's an about 5secs after-screen of x-men! hah but after they knew it was that short, you can hear "CHEY!" everywhere. haha
and one thing, i can't position myself properly using peow's cam!

met up with mony osk and giv for dinner. mony long-bang me from yiochukang mrt! how nice right, i helped her to test her amex card on cab. hah!


we were at the suntec marche. there's this country-side section with those homely decors. we sat there and feeling goooood.

spent three days to complete uploading my hk trip photos. click here.

so not everything about high megapixel is good, tortoise-upload-speed is the biggest illustration.

browsing through the photos and i'm missing the days over there. the carefree and burdenless period and the perfect companion, it's a sugar-dosed indulge. going on a holiday is the most ideal getaway for people like us to free away from our mundane life. so looking forward to the next one! *smirks*

went to mind cafe at princep street with the gurls. lei junie and qi plus lei's friend angeline.
we all got so excited over the TABOO game. my brain seems short circuited, some answers i knew it but it just didn't come to my mind! and please no geographic questions for sansan! i'm bad at them. shame on me i know, i should tell no one i'm a tourism student. oops :x happy time was shortlived, soon it was time for some of us to head off. lesser time was on interaction as all of us get so engrossed in the games. hope the next round of meetup won't be too far from now! camera's not with me now, so photos later.

tomorrow shall have my auto-driving lessons. thenafter i can book for my tp! i know the gap inbetween the booking date and the test date is gonna be long, but i pray for a miracle. i wanna drive.

the trip to hongkong was a fulfilling one indeed.

in physical term, i flew out of sg with a handbag and a luggage; and i'm back with two filled big luggages. that's an accomplishment! hah. if everything that we bought back makes up 3 big bags, 3/4 of them seem to be mine. oooops.

emotionally, he compensated me with what i've missed out over the past lonely month.

we walked all over hongkong, literally. peow's a walking adventure freak.
why i say that? because he can continue walking for hours and hours without resting while my legs almost break. haha that's an experience with this always-looking-for-unique-stuff-on-some-ulu-streets-man.

we also took a tram up to The Peak. we were really lucky that the Madame Tussauds museum had resume operation. but i just thought, some wax statues weren't very well done. some hongkong stars were sculptured too angmo-ly, expecially their eyes. some of their side views don't even look like them! only when you turn and look at their front view then you'll know who's that. it's just not that well done lah. :X

at the later part of our trip, we took a train to the terminal stop in hongkong and walked over to shenzhen. it's just like how we travel from sg to m'sia, the distance might be even shorter! things over at shenzhen is much much much cheaper! you can easily get things lower than S$10! got a few bags there and a few tops for my brudders. got myself a pair of green sandals too! peowpeow also managed to get a top for his dad, himself and his brother. so over there, it's more like men-paradise i would say.

we had a seafood buffet at majestic hotel, the hotel we were staying at. something misfortunate happened and ruined the night. just glad that peow is now safe and sound. ;) but some hongkongers are really disgusting. their attitudes can be real stuck-up! argh.

and my peowpeow bought quite many things for me from U.S. he was at this Hershey's factory and he gave me a personalised hersheychocolate with his and my names engraved on it! that's so sweeeet right. ;) and some other branded stuff like dkny watch, ck wallet and some other tops. next time when i'm earning some good buckies, i also wanna make my way down there! branded goods there are like so affordable!

trying to upload the photos into my shutterfly but it's taking too long to upload and i wonder why. maybe it's because peow's camera's, which was bought in U.S., resolution is too high? argh, my patience is wearing thin. since last night till now!!

counting down -1day.

quite disappointed. no, i'm really disappointed. my peow's flight is delayed till tomorrow's afternoon. no one's to blame and i can't help to feel helpless about the whole issue.

a sensation grew in me one month ago. it grew stronger and stronger as i counted down those dreadful days. when finally i could see a finishing line, i realise it was drawn a distance further from me again.

as i talked to him the phone just now, i wonder...are his friends all single and is he the only attached one there? it's just a hunch. if really so, what does it tell? i don't know.

counting down 4days.

today's dinner postponed. staying at home to help my student to do up her blog! hah~ a very funny gurl.

and my madrid is stolen! went to my friend's house for mahjong and when i was about to leave, to realise my madrid is gone. ;( it's less than a month old. my peow hasn't even seen it before and it's no more my possession. that thief is viciously cursed. argh.

i called peow almost immediately because my anger was boiling and overflowing soon. soon after, it was getting moody to know i've one lesser pair of sandals. he wanted to get one pair for me over there but luckily he didn't. lover should never give his/her lover such gift, it's an omen. yes say i'm superstitious but better to believe than not. i've had one such experience before though.

looking for job in vain. i guess we are picky in some sense and getting lowly paid turns us off. imagine working under the hot sun for 6hours every weekend for one month, all you get is $288?! who want it? definitely not me.

tomorrow's gonna ktv! praying hard that nothing's crop up. since when was my last session..

counting down 6days.

for the next few days my plan is to occupy every single day and let me forget about what's waiting.

although i've already declared how broke i was, i can't deny the shopping temptations. gonna meet up with sim classmaties on monday, tuesday is still pending, wednesday will be having tuition and meeting a friend for dinner and thursday i've driving lessons as well as another dinner appointment.

by thursday midnight my wholeloads of longiness shall break free.

then hongkong here i comes on saturday! ;)

my plan sounds very promising, isn't it?

and i've received a very good news this morning! daph has gotten her driving licence at her first attempt and only 6 demerits! oh gosh, how not to be proud of her you tell me! i can't wait for my turn man.

yesterday's mj was a relaxing one. everyone was 'friendly', they should get what i mean lah. after more than 7hours getting my butt sticked onto the seat, i left with no-win-no-lose! hah. awaiting for the next session. ;) hees.

counting down 8days.

have been awhile since i last blogged. it's a wrecking emotion up-down-up turns. the thought of he will be back next thursday midnight is encouraging. but when times of solitary step in, it's also when moments of folly might lead to dire consequences. last night was a struggle between being sensible and not. a true blessing that i still had my sanity and did not leave traces of remorse.

i need him to be back. to me, long distance relationship seems so incredible yet impossible. definitely it calls for a celebration if everything works out, but for some which include me, i doubt the success because only a month and i'm surrendering. boo.

looking for a part-time job. but really hard to land myself onto one that allows 1-2months availability. peow knows i was really stressed with the money part and his words were like candy floss that has sweetened my day.

my 3rd paper is taking away my breath, GOSH. my classmates are frantic over this paper and somehow or rather, my mood is influenced. i got frantic as well, so tell me how not to discard this 'peer pressure'. anyways, i believe in myself. i believe i've done my best to digest whatever i need to for this friday's battle. all i need is, luck. be with me, ladyluck.

my dearest has sounded rather weary on the phone just now. hope he's sleeping well now. and i wish to tell him, though i'm repeating myself, i love the phrase
"you are my enchanted Princess, and i'm your devoted Consort."
it's beautiful, isn't it. but i need you to be home, your princess is withering. i'm no princess without you my dear. muacks.

counting down: 17days.

these days have been pretty smooth-sailing. everything came in place, started pleasantly as well as ended on a peaceful note. :)

i'm not that dreadful these few days. the reason is sucha easy guess. because he calls me every morning these few days. hearing his voice, is nothing else, but a total bliss.

went over to his house yester-evening after my 2nd paper. couldn't be empty-handed, it's my future in-laws! so i took away some popiahs and drop by peow's house. tidied his room, chatted with his parents, had dinner together with them, accompanied them alittle while more before they drove me home. it's the priviledge of being their future daughter-in-law, i reckon (",) i told peow i felt as they were my another pair of parents. they indeed treated me good and that's always been the case. how blessed i am, only i'm to feel it and for peow to comprehend.

oh peeps, http://sweetgift.com.sg is gonna implement the proper kinda sales (piece-by-piece instead of wholesales) over this weekend. i regard their retail goods as economical ones. pretty and cheap. no harm to take a look there, because i'm definitely getting a few!
